1961 Thunderbird
Convertible



This is an original AMT kit from 1962.


I bought it as a built-up model on eBay.


The original hood had a big chunk missing on the left rear corner so I got a resin replacement from the Modelhaus.


Hubcaps, front grille/bumper and rear bumper were replated by Chrome Tech USA.

Paint is '61 Thunderbird Heritage Burgundy from MCW Automotive Finishes.
