1959 Chevrolet Impala Convertible

This is a box stock build of Monogram's excellent Level 3 kit. This kit is definitely one for experienced modelers, but with some effort, builds up into an outstanding display piece.	When this kit was released in the early 90s it represented a new level of quality and exceptional detail, such as separate chrome trim, door handles, etc.

One thing I really liked about the kit was the inclusion of factory authentic accessories like the continental kit and skirts.	I also liked having a choice of top up or top down.
Revell/Monogram also released a hardtop version of the kit.
